At Wine Folly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wine education tools and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, you can return most physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that posters and delicate glassware are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that digital products and courses are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
